Stop Snoring. Sleep Better.

Does Better Sleep Lead to Better Sex?

Sleep has an impact on every aspect of your life. That includes your sex life. If you suffer from sleep disordered breathing (snoring and sleep apnea), this could have a direct effect on your sex life. It can impact your desire, ability to perform sexually and even the likelihood that you’ll have a willing partner sharing your bed.

For example, studies have shown that snorers often report decreased sexual desire and satisfaction compared to people who don’t snore. And snoring couples have less sex than similar “non-snoring” couples.

Severe snoring and sleep apnea have been linked to erectile dysfunction and decreased performance in men. Among women, sleep apnea has been shown to reduce arousal, sensation, lubrication and orgasm.

On top of that, snoring and sleep apnea often physically drive couples apart – some 20% of married couples regularly sleep apart because one or both partners snore… and if you aren’t in the same room, it’s hard to get romantic!
