Stop Snoring. Sleep Better.

Sleeping Better in Atlanta Thanks to The Snoring Center

“Oh my God!”

“Shut up!”

“Go sleep in the other room!”

If you snore, it is possible you’ve heard these cries of anguish from your sleeping partner. Snoring can unravel relationships.

Even worse, snoring can lead to terrible health problems such as sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a condition in which the snorer stops breathing entirely during sleep.  This occurs because the airway completely closes.  It can occur several times a night. Every day at The Snoring Center’s Atlanta office, our trained physicians help snorers find relief from their snoring problems, especially sleep apnea.

The preferred treatment for sleep apnea is Constant Positive Airway Pressure, or CPAP. The patient wears a mask that covers the nose and mouth and attaches to a machine via a small hose. The CPAP forces air into the airway, keeping it open. Unfortunately, many patients simply cannot sleep while wearing the sleep apnea mask. Others find the noise of the CPAP machine impossible to sleep through. CPAP just doesn’t work for a host of people stricken with sleep apnea.

The Snoring Center’s exclusive Pillar® Procedure is a wonderful alternative treatment for sleep apnea. In this minimally invasive procedure, our board certified physicians insert tiny implants into the soft palate. These implants stiffen the soft palate and help to keep the airway open during sleep. The procedure is safe and simple and in many cases it can provide significant relief to people who suffer from mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

The process is simple. Patients can receive diagnosis, consultation and treatment in less than an hour. Our patients return to their normal activities immediately. Patients rarely report any negative side effects. At worst, they may experience a few hours of slight throat irritation.

Of course, The Pillar® Procedure is only one of the minimally invasive advanced treatments we utilize at The Snoring Center. The other proven treatments we utilize include:

  • Coblation Turbinate Reduction
  • Palate Coblation
  • RFA
  • Laser Tonsillectomy
  • Home Sleep Study
  • Oral Appliances
  • Snoring Surgery
  • CPAP

At The Snoring Center’s Atlanta Office, providing long-term relief from sleep apnea and problem snoring is our sole focus. Take care of yourself and give your sleeping partner a break (and a decent night’s sleep as well).  Get some help. Come see us at The Snoring Center.
