Stop Snoring. Sleep Better.

Minnesota, Get a Great Night’s Sleep. You Deserve It.

At The Snoring Center’s Edina and Burnsville offices, we change lives. We tackle the problems snorers and their sleep partners face daily, and in some cases for decades.  Specifically we specialize in minimally invasive treatments for snoring and sleep apnea.

We constantly improve the depth of treatment options available as new, clinically proven procedures become available.  Currently, our treatment options include:

Of course, selecting the best treatment option depends on the cause of your snoring.   Snoring is noise caused by vibration of soft tissue in the back of the throat. Snoring is common and can be the cause of significant relationship problems. Sleeping partners of snorers typically lose over an hour of sleep per night. Snoring couples report lower marital satisfaction and decreased sexual intimacy. Even single people suffer from snoring during social outings, business travel and vacations.

When snoring progresses to sleep apnea, serious problems can result. Sleep apnea is a serious medical disease characterized by loud snoring and repeated spells of stopped breathing. It occurs when the soft tissue in the throat vibrates enough to not only cause loud snoring, but to actually block off (obstruct) the airway. During these periods of obstruction, the oxygen level in the blood can drop to dangerously low levels. It has been linked to increased risks of high blood pressure, hear6t attack and stroke. It is also associated with diabetes and obesity.

Unfortunately, the preferred minimally invasive treatments are not covered by medical insurance plans.  However, patients who have a Flex Spending Account or a Health Savings Account can pay for The Snoring Center’s treatments with pre-tax dollars. These treatment options are affordable.  In fact for patients who have high deductibles on their insurance plans, The Snoring Center’s treatments may cost the patient less “out-of-pocket” than covered services.

Schedule your consultation today. Our physicians and trained staff are eager to help you stop snoring soon!
