Better Sleep Tip – Morning Sun Is Good

Get outside and see the sun every morning – it’s a great way to reinforce your body’s natural clock. We are supposed to sleep when it’s dark and be awake when it’s light. Unfortunately, many of us don’t regularly reinforce that natural rhythm by seeing sunlight in the morning. Taking in sunshine for a few minutes every morning can really help establish better sleeping patterns.
